Kamat Pharmatech is a pharmaceutical contract development organization (CDO) located in North Brunswick, NJ, USA for over ten (10) years, specializing in complex injectables (lyophiles, suspensions, liposomes, emulsions, and microspheres), topicals, ophthalmics, and unique oral liquid products.
Kamat Pharmatech assists companies around the world in R&D projects of sterile and other non-solid dosage form products - formulation, process development, Lyo product/process, QbD, Complex injectables, and IVRT characterization. Its laboratories can handle potent, cytotoxic, and hazardous substances, as well as Controlled Drugs (CII to CIV).

With many products in the development phases which include complex injectables, 505(B)(2) opportunities, ophthalmics, and topical products; the company is an ideal partner for collaboration due to its vast experience in the development field, familiarity with the US-FDA, networking capability in the regulatory world, and the reputation within the industry.
Additionally, Kamat Pharmatech maintains a dedicated relationship with Ciron Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, a Mumbai, India based sterile product manufacturing organization. Kamat and Ciron co-develop and commercialize a number of sterile products for the US and International clients.
Kamat Pharmatech is headed by Dr. Madhav Kamat, Ph.D., R.Ph., with over 37 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the USA, and a management team with a track record of developing many major commercial products including more than ten (10) biologicals in the US and other regulated markets.
